Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one account on kingpg. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. This restriction applies per individual person, household, IP address, and payment method.
To create an account, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match official identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

You agree to notify kingpg immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. kingpg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
kingpg operates under strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete identity verification before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name). Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal denial.
You must ensure that your account information remains accurate and up-to-date at all times. Deposits made via bank transfer are typically credited to your kingpg account within 5-15 minutes for major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and within 15-30 minutes for other banks. E-wallet deposits are usually processed instantly. kingpg does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may impose their own transaction charges. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, kingpg allows Players to set voluntary deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for 72 hours. E-wallet withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes. First-time withdrawals require identity verification, which may take 1-24 hours to complete.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by player status and payment method. Standard accounts may have daily withdrawal limits of Rp 50,000,000 per day. kingpg does not charge withdrawal fees, though receiving financial institutions may impose their own charges.
To prevent fraudulent activity and money laundering, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x rollover) before withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting minimum wagering requirements may result in account review and temporary withdrawal suspension.
kingpg reserves the right to refuse or delay withdrawal requests if: (a) account verification is incomplete or pending, (b) bonus wagering requirements have not been met, (c) suspected fraudulent activity is detected, (d) withdrawal would exceed daily or weekly limits, or (e) account is under investigation for Terms violation. Bonuses and promotions offered by kingpg are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet restrictions, and validity periods.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be completed before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus, for example, requires 25x wagering on the combined bonus and deposit amount within 30 days. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, and live dealer games vary by specific game. While bonus funds are active, maximum bet size is limited to Rp 25,000 per spin, hand, or round for casino games. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for matters related to that particular promotion only.
All games on the kingpg platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer streaming to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Players must not use any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets or play games. Manual gameplay only is permitted. Use of unauthorized third-party software will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

For sports betting markets, official league or tournament results as published by the governing sports body are considered final for settlement purposes. kingpg reserves the right to void bets if matches are abandoned, postponed beyond 48 hours, or if there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns. While kingpg strives to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation. kingpg reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice for maintenance, security updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to service downtime or unavailability.
The kingpg platform and all games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. kingpg does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements, that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kingpg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
kingpg provides games developed by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. While we partner only with reputable licensed providers, kingpg is not responsible for game malfunctions, errors, or disputes arising from third-party game software.
You may close your kingpg account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure request, any pending bonuses will be forfeited, and your account balance (minus any locked bonus funds) will be available for withdrawal subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.
kingpg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions, (b) we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity, (c) you fail to provide requested verification documentation, (d) your account remains dormant (no login or activity) for 12 consecutive months, or (e) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.
Upon account termination for cause (violation of Terms), all pending bonuses, loyalty points, and tournament entries will be immediately forfeited. kingpg reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance if termination resulted from fraudulent activity or Terms breach. For voluntary closure or dormancy-based closure, legitimate account balances will be returned to the player following standard withdrawal procedures.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable in our licensing jurisdiction. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the kingpg platform, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution mechanisms as outlined in our licensing agreement.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against kingpg.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
